Здравствуйте подскажите пожалуйста положено ли мне пособие из отдельных категорий семей, у меня ребёнок инвалид если я развелась с мужем, на алименты не подавала.

Как физлицу (смозанятому) получить сертификат налогового резиденства (для избежания двойного налогообложения). Возможно ли онлайн? И через какие гос порталы возможно получить такой сертификат?

Я вот как админ сообщества, не большого городка своего, веду сообщество, люди там кидают объявление, вопросы..и т .д, я публикую это на стене группы (их посты)..., зимой вот, люди начали жаловаться многие..про не чищенные дороги, мол что день два..не чистят ЖКХ, в общем по их мнение работа стоит ЖКХ, начальник ЖКХ увидел...и начал грозить милицией, мол буду жаловаться., буду админа привлекать , вот и хочу ответ получить, не ужели посты, мнения людей.. это какое то нарушение? ведь конституция гласит о свободном слове каждого человека, не ужели я что то как админ нарушаю по закону
ведь много сообществ,...так как и Витебских, и других городов, и Минск...и там тогда часто пишут ..о плохих дорогах и т.д, но там же админу не угражают милицией местная власть)

Продавец снимает на камеру телефона на рабочем месте своих коллег и руководство без согласия, т.е скрыто. Правомерно ли это?

В ноябре 1998 года умер мой отец. Наследницей осталась его супруга (моя мать). Было открыто наследственное дело. Не поставив меня в известность об открытии наследственного дела, каким-то образом всем наследство завладела не мать, а моя сестра. Желание матери было после ее смерти поделить наследство, которым завладела сестра, поровну. У меня были великолепные отношения и с матерью и с сестрой. Я не ожидал, что сестра может меня обмануть. Недавно мать умерла. Сестра отказалась делиться. Сейчас наследственное дело передано в архив. Могу ли я ознакомиться с материалами наследственного дела? Что для этого надо сделать? Я хочу знать каким образом наследство перешло к сестре.

Здравствуйте, уважаемые юристы! Подскажите законно ли судебному исполнителю взыскать с матери несовершеннолетнего ребенка сумму долга умершего отца ,в связи с фактическим вступлением в наследство (1/2 доли квартиры, в которой и проживает ребенок) по решению суда?
